NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Hot Springs Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on TUESDAY, MAY 4, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Chambers of the City Municipal Building located at 133 Convention Boulevard. This hearing will consider the following land use request: CU-21-020 – Covenant Recovery, Inc. Residential Group Living Facility – 276 Linden St. – Appeal of planning commission action on March 11, 2021 approving a conditional use for a residential group living facility for up to 48 residents located at 276 Linden St. This property consists of Lot 6, Lot 8 and Parts of Lots 7, 9, 10 in Block 178 of the Hot Springs Reservation. (Garland County Property I.D. – 56191 & 56168) The lobby of City Hall will be used as overflow, as needed.
