BID NOTICE Garland County is requesting bids for the stabilization of approximately 9850 linear feet of Ault Loop, a County road in Garland County. The road is deteriorated chip and seal with areas of asphalt in place and averages 18 feet wide. The stabilization should consist of grinding the surface of the road into the base and stabilizing with Portland or similar accepted soil stabilization product. Depth and percentage of stabilizer used will be taken into consideration as well as cost to perform the work, road should be returned to gravel and compacted after process so traffic can return to travel on the roadway. Please provide time frame for road closure and work to begin. All utility locating will be up to the contractor and will be no responsibility of Garland County. Garland County will accept sealed bids until 10:30 a.m., October 10, 2022.
