City Accepts Applications for 2022 CDBG Project Funding Consideration Hot Springs – The City of Hot Springs will open a competitive application period for fiscal year 2022 funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) at the Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC) meeting at 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 2 in City Hall Board Chambers, 133 Convention Boulevard.
